Namaskar! I am Kavya Mistri, honored to receive the WAAH Science Laureate Award 2023 in the Senior Laureate category for our project, KADAM – A Drunk-Facilitated Assault Prevention Kit. This award, organized by WAAH and the Vikram A Sarabhai Community Science Centre, has given us the validation and confidence that we are on the right path. Beyond the prize, the entire selection process—from abstract preparation to final presentation—has been an enriching experience, helping us evolve as researchers. The recognition and prize money have empowered us to refine our product, and we are immensely grateful for this invaluable opportunity.

WAAH Science Laureate Award 2023
Hello everyone! I am Navya Madhu, proud winner of the Junior WAAH Science Laureate Award 2023, along with a scholarship of ₹40,000. Initially, I had several ideas for how to use this scholarship. However, upon learning about WAAH's mission to support students passionate about science, I felt inspired to give back. I requested WAAH to allocate my scholarship to students lacking resources or facing financial challenges, hoping to make a positive difference in their lives.
